Eric is a Pennsylvania licensed psychologist. A graduate of Hobart College, he received his M.S.S. from Bryn Mawr School of Social Work and Social Research in 1974. He earned a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. Dr. Griffin-Shelley wrote Sex and Love: Addiction Treatment and Recovery (1991) and Adolescent Sex and Love Addicts (1994), and edited Out-patient Treatment of Sex and LoveAddiction (1993). Currently, Dr. Griffin-Shelley is in private practice in Lafayette Hill and in Allentown. In addition to individual psychotherapy, he supervises an intensive outpatient psychotherapy program for sexual addicts.
Mike Cipressi

Mike is a License Clinical Social Worker, Certified Employee Assistance professional and Substance Abuse Professional with over twenty years of EAP experience. Mike has worked and held leadership positions for the Musicians’ Assistance Program in New York City, Amtrak EAP and Ceridian Life Work service. He was a two time recipient of Ceridian’s President’s Circle award (2005, 2006), Caron Foundation Human Service/EAP Community Service Award winner (2007) and the Greater Philadelphia EAP of year Award winner (2005). Mike is a board member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association. He currently serves as District I director and is a member of the finance committee. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Mike has presented national conferences and has been a guest lecturer at local universities. He holds a BS in Sociology from St. Joseph’s University and MS in Social Work from Columbia University. Mike currently works as an independent EAP contractor and The Growth and Recovery Center in Lafayette Hill, PA. His EAP work includes assessment and short term counseling, critical incident response services, workplace trainings, substance abuse assessments and workplace consultation services. In his private counseling practice he specializes in couples work, addictions and various life transitional issues.
Nancy Roberts Willis, MSW, LSW, CP Lafayette Hill Office, Woodlyn Office
Nancy is a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania and a certified practitioner in psychodrama by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. She facilitates groups at Keystone ECU for sexual addiction, Keystone Center for alcohol, drug and gambling addiction, and at the Renfrew Center for eating disorders. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Temple University and a Master’s in Social Work from Rutger’s University. Her areas of specialty include healing from trauma and loss, working with families and individuals to resolve conflict, self-esteem issues and life transitions.
Mary Deitch, JD, Psy.D

Mary has over a decade of experience working with problematic sexual behaviors and impaired physicians. She is the former director of the Keystone Center Extended Care Unit, an internationally recognized facility for the treatment of sexual compulsivity, addiction and trauma. She has treated over a thousand patients and conducted hundreds of assessments for sexual offending, disruptive physicians, boundary violations and cognitive and personality functioning. Dr. Deitch has presented nationally and internationally on assessing and treating sexual addiction, vicarious trauma, sexual offending, child pornography use and assessment of physicians. Dr. Deitch is both a licensed psychologist and attorney in the state of Pennsylvania and a graduate from Widener University. Currently, besides private practice, she is the President of the Board for the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health and recently co-chaired the National Conference.

Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults. She received her Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy in 1995
from Hahnemann University. She has previously worked for Central Behavioral Health, Methacton School District and Optum Health Employee Assistance Program. Her areas of therapuetic modalities

2008. Jamill finished with his B.S from Lincoln and later enrolled into Springfield College in which he earned his M.S in 2011. In 2016, Jamill enrolled into Saint Joseph’s University to earn his MBA.
Mr. Jones has worked as a mental health therapist for more than
twelve years and an adjunct college Professor. Jamill specializes in sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, as well as trauma. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA

Safiya Robinson, M.S., is a trauma informed therapist with over 22 years of experience working with children, adults and families. Ms. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, a Master of Science degree in Counseling, and a Master of Science degree in Psychology. Her goal is to cultivate a therapeutic relationship with every client that is interactive, safe, empowering and non-judgmental. Milan Sample LPC, NCC, CTP is a licensed professional counselor certified in addiction studies from Immaculata University. She is board certified from the National Board for Certified Counselors and is a certified trauma professional from the International Trauma Training Institute. Her professional experience has been with Autism, traumatic brain injury, drug and alcohol addiction, and trauma informed care with training in DBT interventions. She has previous clinical experience in inpatient drug and alcohol rehab as well as general outpatient services utilizing DBT, CBT, and psychoeducation interventions to support with the development of long-term emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills. In addition to private practice, she is a corporate site trainer for an inpatient rehab helping to keep staff educated on clinical interventions in accordance with Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) regulations.
